At Mabel Maybanks we hand make all our creams in small batches. As soon as you order a product, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and advising you when we will be dispatching your parcel. We do not carry big stocks and make our creams to order so please understand if we have to take a couple of days on your particular order.
We use The Royal Mail first class delivery for our parcels. Although it is supposed to be next day delivery, The Royal Mail can take between 1 and 3 days to complete the delivery. Postage prices have gone up so much recently which is why we do not offer a recorded deliver option except on bulk orders. To keep the postage costs down as far as possible we try to pack your order in as small a container as possible as the Post Office now charges by size as well as weight.
If you have any special delivery requirements please email us separately so that we can quote you a delivery cost.
We regret that we cannot send our products outside of the United Kingdom.
How do I return my goods?
We hope that you will be pleased with your Mabel Maybanks order but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of the order as long as you have not used the product.
To return you Mabel Maybanks product to us please firstly email us at email@example.com
with your name and order details, stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement product or a full refund of your order.
Please then return the goods to us securely wrapped in their original packaging and with your name and address clearly marked on a piece of paper inside. Please return your goods by recorded delivery and retain your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

On receipt we will email you with the timing for either the replacement product or the refund. The refund will either be a direct PayPal refund or will be in the form of a cheque payable to the name on the original order.
We regret that we cannot refund the original delivery or return delivery costs. I am sure that you will understand that our prices are kept as low as possible which does not allow us to refund delivery costs.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, see hmso.gov.uk website, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your products. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to
and return the goods to us unopened and in their original packaging as detailed in the Returns section. Your statutory rights are not affected.
